TERMS OF SERVICE
♦The final product is for personal use ONLY (Decoration, pfp, etc.).
♦ Do NOT claim the work as your own or use it for profit.
♦ You MUST credit me for the art.
♦ I have the right to sign all my works.
♦ I require at least one full reference of your character, as I do not offer customs.
✦ COMMERCIAL USE IS 2 TIMES THE ORIGINAL PRICE ✦
♦ I have the right to refuse the commission proposal.♦ Depending on the character complexity or additional props (Like accessories, plushies, wings, etc.), the price might be increased.♦ I’ll send you a sketch to confirm if you are satisfied with the pose/expressions/etc.
(Changes after the sketch will have an extra cost depending on the complexity)♦ You have right the THREE simple changes during the sketch phase. Changes during the Lineart or Colour phase will have an extra cost depending on complexity, and those are limited to only THREE changes.♦ Drawing over, removing or altering the art in any kind of way is FORBIDDEN.✦Turnaround✦♦ I will always try to get it done as soon as I can. Depending on the difficulty, it can take me more than a month.♦ If something happens that may delay your commission, I'll let you know.♦ If the commission has to be done by a certain day, please let me know in the order form and we can discuss it. Rushed commissions will include an additional fee.♦ I have the right to use my work for promotional purposes. If you would not like your commissions to be public, let me know before hand.♦ In case you want your commission to be private, a $15 fee or a 15% fee will be applied, whichever is greater.⚠ The terms may be changed without notice.
